Fieona Griffiths

Fieona Griffiths is a distinguished Jamaican entrepreneur and accomplished business leader. She holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Finance and a minor in International Business, graduating with honors from the University of Technology, Jamaica.

With over 20 years of senior management experience in multinational corporations, she now serves as the Owner and Managing Director of Pioneering Consultancy Company Ltd. (PCC), an approved business development organization of the Development Bank of Jamaica. Through PCC, Griffiths champions nation building by providing strategic support to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs), helping them thrive through sound financial and operational guidance.

As the founder of Get Business Smart Foundation Limited, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering aspiring entrepreneurs, Griffiths is deeply committed to advancing sustainable economic growth in Jamaica.

In addition to her business pursuits, she is a published author. Her book, “Deceitfulness: A Tale of Trickery, Lust, and Money Power,” equips CEOs and entrepreneurs with practical strategies for navigating workplace challenges, blending corporate insight, academic knowledge, and biblical wisdom.
