1. Registration and Enrollment

All applicants must complete the official ITEM registration process via our website or authorized platform.

Acceptance into courses is subject to availability and fulfillment of course prerequisites (if applicable).

Registration is considered complete once all required information and payments are received.
2. Payment and Refund Policy

All course fees must be paid in full before the start of the program unless otherwise stated or approved.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and online payment
However, refunds or replacements may be granted in the following cases:

You were charged twice for the same product (duplicate payment).

The product was not delivered or is inaccessible due to a technical issue on our end.

The file is corrupted or does not match the advertised description.

2. One-on-One Workshop Classes (Online & Physical)
Booking Policy:
All classes must be booked in advance through our website or verified communication channels.
Cancellations & Refunds:

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or one-time reschedule.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late without prior notice are considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.
Emergency Exceptions:
We understand life happens. In the case of emergencies, please contact us with valid proof or documentation. We’ll assess the situation and offer a fair resolution where possible.

All refund or reschedule requests will be reviewed within 3–5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

Students are expected to meet all course requirements, including attendance, participation, and assessments.

Students must behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, and fellow learners.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical conduct may result in removal from the course without refund.

Academic dishonesty, including cheating and plagiarism, is not tolerated.
